The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Luis Roberto Barroso, decided on Tuesday (Feb. 1) to suspend the administrative acts of the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI) that exclude non-demarcated Indigenous Lands from the protection activities of the indigenous agency.
